Our vinyl and packing room is completely separate from any polishing or processing areas. This room was designed to provide the cleanest final product on 3 simultaneous lines. We have two at 96” capacity, one with 60”and 48”.

The 125 Horsepower motors that drive our “Buff” heads really get the job done on thick plate material. This extra power gives our experienced operators the edge when there are Mill and Leveler defects to remove.

Our Mirror Polishing machines can produce sheets as wide as 102″ and as long as 50 feet with quick turnarounds. We can handle standard sizes of Stainless Steel, Aluminum and Brass even quicker.

We run 3 lines for sheet and plate with a Satin finish for 24″, 48″ and 60″. Each line will produce #4, #5 and #6, and a variety of long grain to your specifications. If you can provide a sample, we will match it, make a control piece and keep it on file for your next order.

The Bar and Tube department is able to handle square and rectangular shapes from 1/8″ to 12″ high on 5 different satin lines.

We can go as wide as 60″ on flats. We process satin round bar and tube on 3 different stroke sander lines and a 22 foot lathe.

We can do your Plate Shearing with or without a finish on 3/8″ to 10 feet wide.

We also supply plate with a finish and cut to your specifications, holding 1/16″ tolerance.

We do “Precision” shearing for custom sizes on all standard gauges of Stainless Steel, Brass and Aluminum up to .125 (1/8″) X 12 feet wide.
